Shipping

Everything is made in our Doha workroom and sent from there. Made-to-order pieces are cut after you order, so they take a few days longer than stock items — that wait is the fit.

Dispatch times

Stock pieces leave us within 1–2 working days. Made-to-order pieces — anything where you have chosen a length — take 5 to 7 working days in the workroom before they ship.

Delivery

Qatar: 1–2 working days after dispatch. GCC: 3–5 working days. Rest of world: 5–10 working days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected.

Charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, and any free-shipping threshold currently running is shown in your bag as you approach it.

Duties and taxes

Orders outside Qatar may attract import duty or local tax on arrival. These are set by your country, are not collected by us, and are the recipient's responsibility.

Addresses

Please check your address before paying. We can change it while the order is still in the workroom; once it has been collected by the courier we cannot redirect it.
