How long will my order take?

Stock pieces ship in 1–2 working days. Anything where you chose a length is made after you order and takes 5–7 working days in the workroom first.

Can I change my length after ordering?

Yes, while the piece is still in the workroom. Message us with your order number as soon as you can. Once it has been cut we cannot change it.

Do you ship outside Qatar?

Yes, worldwide. Duties and local taxes on arrival are set by your country and are the recipient's responsibility.

Can I return a piece?

Within 15 days, for exchange or store credit, unworn and with the invoice. Pieces finished with Tack Tack and sale pieces are final.

How should I care for it?

Dry clean only, unless the piece's own care note says otherwise. Never wring the fabric. Steam rather than press directly, and store on a wide hanger.

Do you restock?

Sometimes, but not reliably. We buy cloth in short runs; when a bolt is finished the piece is finished. If you want something, do not wait for it to come back.

Which currency am I charged in?

Always Qatari Riyal. Other currencies shown on the site are converted for reference only, at an indicative rate.
